PT. Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist fluent in English to lead headhunting, CV review, interviews, and multi-channel job promotion. The role includes creating recruitment content, appearing in videos, and driving sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in HR or recruitment, with experience hiring Mandarin-speaking candidates. Proficiency in English and social media recruitment channels is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Experience hiring Mandarin-speaking candidates is required.
• Experience in a headhunting or recruitment agency is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for recruitment content.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment channels.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet recruitment targets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct headhunting and candidate sourcing based on clients' recruitment needs.
• Review CVs, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Post and promote job vacancies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, and other recruitment channels.
• Create engaging and creative recruitment content to attract potential candidates.
• Appear in recruitment videos and participate in recruitment livestreams when needed.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment progress and work toward established hiring targets.
