Job summary

PT BONJOUR BALI STORE is seeking a Viator Manager to grow Bonjour Bali's presence on Viator and TripAdvisor, mainly driving bookings for our luxury bikini customization workshop. You will optimize listings, manage availability, coordinate with store and workshop teams, and ensure a premium guest experience.

You should have proven experience with travel-booking platforms, strong English skills, and a commercial mindset to optimize pricing, promotions, and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Viator, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, store, and operations teams.
• Available to manage urgent booking matters, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bonjour Bali Viator Supplier account and keep descriptions, photos, prices, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and meeting-point details up to date.
• Maintain accurate availability to prevent overbooking, cancellations, and incorrect info.
• Monitor platform notifications, policy updates, and requirements to stay compliant with Viator and TripAdvisor standards.
• Improve titles, descriptions, highlights, itineraries, FAQs, and product categories to communicate Bonjour Bali's concept.
• Upload high-quality photos/videos and test pricing, packages, and time slots.
• Check bookings and coordinate with store/workshop teams for reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and send clear confirmations and arrival instructions.
• Ensure a premium experience and encourage reviews on Viator/TripAdvisor.
• Develop strategies to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue with packages for couples, honeymoons, birthdays, bridal groups, families, and private events.
• Prepare weekly Viator performance reports on bookings, guests, revenue, conversion, occupancy, cancellations, and ratings.

Job description

The Viator Manager is responsible for managing and growing Bonjour Bali's presence on Viator and TripAdvisor, with a primary focus on generating bookings for our luxury bikini customization workshop. The role covers listing optimization, booking and availability management, guest communication, review generation, performance monitoring, and coordination with the store and workshop teams. The objective is to maximize visibility, conversion, guest satisfaction, and revenue while ensuring every booking receives a premium Bonjour Bali experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Bonjour Bali Viator Supplier account and maintain accurate workshop descriptions, photos, prices, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and meeting-point information
• Ensure availability and capacity are always updated and prevent overbooking, booking errors, cancellations, and incorrect customer information
• Monitor account notifications, booking requests, policy updates, and platform requirements to ensure listing compliance with Viator and TripAdvisor standards
• Continuously improve the activity title, description, highlights, itinerary, FAQs, and product categories to clearly communicate Bonjour Bali's unique concept
• Upload high-quality photos and videos that accurately represent the workshop and test different pricing, packages, time slots, and promotional offers
• Check new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests daily and coordinate all reservations with the store and workshop teams
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions before and after their experience and send clear booking confirmations, directions, arrival instructions, and preparation information
• Work with the store team to ensure each guest receives a consistent luxury experience and encourage satisfied guests to leave an honest Viator or TripAdvisor review
• Develop strategies to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue including creating packages for couples, honeymooners, birthdays, bridal groups, families, and private events
• Prepare weekly Viator performance reports covering bookings, guests, revenue, conversion rate, occupancy rate, cancellation rate, guest ratings, and recommended actions

About you

• Experience managing Viator, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, or another travel-booking platform
• Strong understanding of tourism, hospitality, activities, or guest-experience operations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Indonesian language skills are an advantage
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with booking systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and reporting tools
