Job summary

Salome Studio in Bali seeks a Studio Host & Workshop Assistant to welcome guests, explain workshop steps, and guide groups through bikini creation with care and enthusiasm.

You will assist with sizing, customization, and finishing touches, while keeping the studio organized, clean, and well-supplied. Training is provided for sewing basics and guest support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, explain the workshop process, and lead small groups through the creative workshop.
• Guide participants through bikini selection, sizing, customization, cutting, pinning, and minor hand-finishing tasks.
• Ensure workshops are enjoyable and guests leave with a finished bikini and a great experience.
• Manage studio opening/closing, process payments, and handle customer bookings and inquiries.
• Prepare workshop materials, maintain studio cleanliness, and monitor inventory levels.
• Guide beginners safely with tools and maintain high quality standards for finished pieces

Job description

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, enjoys creativity, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You will host and support bikini-making workshops, assist guests with basic embellishment and fit adjustments, and ensure the studio operates smoothly day to day. You do not need to be an experienced sewer — training will be provided on the workshop tasks. What matters most is your energy, reliability, attention to detail, organisation, and ability to make guests feel comfortable and supported.
