Natural Remedies in Indonesia seeks a seasoned technical sales and business development professional to spearhead country-specific GTM strategies, expand the animal health and feed additive portfolio, and drive revenue through robust distributor partnerships and key account management.

You will lead training and support across poultry and swine sectors, build relationships with veterinarians and industry influencers, and position products through market insights and events.

Formación

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field; MBA in Business/International preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical sales and business development in poultry/swine.
• Strong understanding of feed additives, phytogenic solutions, and animal health applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute country-specific business development and go-to-market strategies for Indonesia and expand animal health and feed additive portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability targets; drive new customer acquisition across poultry and swine sectors; manage territory performance.
• Build, manage and strengthen distributor and channel-partner relationships; provide technical and commercial support and training.
• Develop relationships with poultry integrators, feed manufacturers, veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants and influencers through meetings and negotiations.
• Lead technical product positioning, market mapping, competitive analysis and industry participation through events.
