• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, service, and compliance).
• Analyze supplier issues and identify root causes to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain vendor performance reports and supplier assessment records.
• Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and qualification for new vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure supply stability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve supplier performance and resolve operational issues.
• Support the development and implementation of vendor management processes and systems.
• Identify supplier risks and provide recommendations to improve vendor reliability and operational efficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
• Basic English proficiency, both written and verbal.
