Job summary

Amazing Journey in Bogor is seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Travel professional to promote travel packages, engage customers, and close sales to meet revenue targets. You will respond to inquiries, explain itineraries, follow up on leads, and maintain records in the CRM.

You will work with internal teams on campaigns, participate in training, and represent the company values at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to present travel products clearly to diverse customers.
• Customer service focus with responsiveness and problem-solving to create positive travel experiences.
• Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing with a proactive approach to targets.
• Experience in travel/hospitality or related customer-facing industries is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Bogor with flexibility for weekends/holidays.

• Promote Amazing Journey's travel packages and engage potential and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries, explain itineraries and benefits, and follow up on leads.
