Job summary

Miki Travel (Hong Kong) Limited in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Support professional to prepare offers, brief clients on itineraries, and revise proposals to meet client needs. You will finalize quotations, prepare documentation for Operations, and support the Sales team with agent profiling.

The role requires a diploma or above with travel sales experience, strong English, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering accurate results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with 2 years’ experience in Sales Support, travel or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong detail orientation, problem solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Independent worker with proactive, flexible attitude.
• Knowledge of European destinations is advantageous.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce and present offers to clients and brief customers on final itinerary; revise offers as needed.
• Check, amend and finalize quotations per SOP.
• Prepare documentation for Operations; handle amendments to itineraries.
• Provide admin and documentation support to Sales, including travel agent profiling.
• Liaise with internal and external partners, including travel agents and regional offices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job description

Produce and present offers to the clients, as well as briefing customers on final itinerary.Initiate revising offers to meet client needs if necessary

Check, amend and finalize quotations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Prepare all necessary documentation for the Operations team to action. Manage Customers’ amendment requests, including but not limited to itinerary changes, where applicable

Provide administration and documentation support to the Sales team, most notably, Travel Agent profiling and existing account management

Work closely and liaise directly with internal and external counterparts, including but not limited to, Travel Agents, Network & Regional Offices

Other support duties as and when assigned by the Manager

Requirements

Diploma or above with 2 years’ experience in Sales Support, in travel or related industry is an advantage

Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills, possessing a can-do flexible attitude

Fluent in both spoken and written English, other languages will be an advantage

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Results oriented, creative and energetic

Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter

Service-oriented with positive working attitude

Attentive to details, sensitive to figures, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment
