Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Medical Representative (Vaccine) to provide expert medical support, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and contribute to strategic business planning in the Indonesian market.

You will represent GSK, deliver territory plans that drive measurable impact, share clear scientific insight, and utilise multi-channel selling approaches to inform prescribing behaviour while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences with strong technical knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Scientific knowledge and patient-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Continuously builds knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies and informs prescribing behaviours.
• Understands GSK and competitor brands features and applies knowledge in PFSS and multi-channel selling.
• Uses multiple data sources to analyze territory performance and identify trends.
• Builds territory insights and develops prioritised customer targets and call plans.
• Develop multi-channel business plans with ASMART objectives and activities that deliver objectives.
• Engages with customers through PFSS or multi-channel selling platforms.
