Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio with business impact and user-centered thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience contributing to design systems and using AI tools for iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging user experiences that support growth and improve conversion funnel.
• Translate complex financial and reward mechanics into clear UI and interactions.
• Create experiences encouraging sharing, referrals, and network engagement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to steer design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering to define user flows and gather requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
