Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a UI/UX Designer to turn user needs and regulatory requirements into polished experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and EDC platforms. You will conduct user research, craft information architectures, and create high-fidelity interfaces that are easy to use and visually compelling.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions on banking projects.

Qualifications

• Background in UI/UX design with a portfolio showing end-to-end process.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction and visual design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with design systems and tokens; able to build or contribute to them.
• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions with data and reasoning.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English (written and spoken).
• Ownership mindset and ability to deliver under fast-moving timelines.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (kiosk, EDC, tablet) is a plus.
• Hands-on user research experience with interviews and surveys is a plus.

Requirements

Background in UI/UX Design with 2+ year experience, with a portfolio that shows your end-to-end process and problem-solving.

Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction and visual design, and information architecture.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent tools.

Experience with design systems and tokens (building, contributing to, or maintaining them).

Clear communicator who can explain design decisions with data and reasoning.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English (written and spoken).

Ownership mindset and the agility to deliver in fast-moving timelines.

Experience designing for multiple platforms such as kiosk, EDC, or tablet (a plus).

Hands-on user research experience with interviews and surveys (a plus).

Notes

Willing to work onsite (Full WFO) in Sudirman, Central Jakarta
