Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Jakarta with 1+ year of experience to craft end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and EDC platforms. You will translate user needs into polished interfaces, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and contribute to design systems and research-driven decisions.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English is required.

Job description

Background in UI/UX Design with 1+ year experience, with a portfolio that shows your end-to-end process and problem-solving

Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction and visual design, and information architecture

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent tools

Experience with design systems and tokens (building, contributing to, or maintaining them)

Clear communicator who can explain design decisions with data and reasoning

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English (written and spoken)

Ownership mindset and the agility to deliver in fast-moving timelines

Experience designing for multiple platforms such as kiosk, EDC, or tablet (a plus)

Hands-on user research experience with interviews and surveys (a plus)

Research users through interviews and surveys, and turn insights into design direction

Map user journeys and information architecture that simplify complex business and regulatory processes

Craft high-fidelity UI that is both easy to use and visually polished

Design consistent experiences across web, mobile, tablet, kiosk, and EDC

Test designs with users, then iterate based on feedback

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship solutions with real business impact
