Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft web and mobile interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.

You will create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows, and collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate requirements into design solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Design/IT/CS, at least 2 years of UI/UX experience, strong Figma skills, and a portfolio showcasing UI/UX work are required.

• Proficient in Figma for wireframes and prototyping.

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects required.

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and user journeys.

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve the overall user experience.

Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines to ensure consistency across digital products.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with product requirements and brand guidelines.

Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experienced in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Familiar with responsive design principles and mobile and web application design.

Good understanding of usability testing and user research methods.

Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.
