Job description

This role focuses on local user experience testing and smartphone product evaluation, based on real-life usage scenarios in Indonesia. You will test mobile applications and smartphone features, identify localization and usability issues, and collaborate closely with HQ teams to improve product experience.

We are especially looking for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and have a strong interest in smartphones and mobile products. UX testing and product testing experience is a plus, but not mandatory — comprehensive training will be provided for fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct local user experience testing based on real-life scenarios, including social communication, entertainment, and daily mobile applications

Identify and report issues related to localization, usability, user interaction, privacy, security, and cultural adaptation

Collaborate with HQ teams, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, to communicate findings and drive product improvements

Benchmark leading smartphone products and compare user experience, functionality, and localization

Provide insights and recommendations to improve smartphone and software user experience

Support local user research through interviews, user behavior analysis, and feedback collection

Generate actionable insights for product optimization

About You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Cultural Studies, or other related fields

Fresh graduates with maximum graduation in 2024 — training will be provided

Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills are required

Strong interest in smartphones, mobile applications, and technology

Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Comfortable working with cross-functional and China-based HQ teams

Familiarity with AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus
