About the role

As a UX Designer, you will conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate insights into effective user experiences for digital products. You will collaborate with UI Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, validate design decisions through usability testing, and continuously improve product usability based on user feedback and research findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and wireframes based on user and business requirements.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate user experience concepts.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with UI Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure designs align with user needs and technical requirements.
• Document research findings, usability testing results, and design recommendations.
• Iterate and improve UX designs based on user feedback, research insights, and product objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in UX design, user research, or digital product design is preferred.
• Understanding of user research methods, user flows, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods, user feedback analysis, and UX evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and digital product usability.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage design tasks according to project timelines.
