Job summary

GudangAda is seeking an Operations-focused Research Ops professional to formalize participant recruitment and oversee scheduling, logistics, and vendor activities for research projects.

You will work with researchers to define recruitment profiles, recruit participants, handle NDAs, incentives, tools, and venues, and maintain a centralized research repository for stakeholders access.

Qualifications

• Experience managing research projects in an agency or in-house setting.
• Currently a researcher but interested in shifting to operational aspects.
• Familiar with recruitment, scheduling, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Formalize our research participant recruitment process
• Work closely with researchers to build participant recruitment profiles
• Recruit internal and external research participants for our research projects
• Handle all scheduling and logistical needs in research projects including NDA, incentives, research tools, venues etc
• Manage and oversee administration aspect of external research vendors engagement as needed; manage the billing and procurement of our research toolings
• Organize and maintain research repository for research documentation
• Help distribute access to related research materials (e.g. session recordings, reports) to relevant stakeholders
