Tripledot Studios seeks a talented UX Designer to join Ludios and shape engaging experiences for our next big hit. You will collaborate with the Lead UX Designer and cross-functional teams to translate features into clear user flows, wireframes, and interactions, primarily in Figma, while researching competitors for UX insights.

You’ll join at a pivotal stage, helping evolve the UX team, own features over time, and influence player experience across our casual mobile titles.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating completed UX projects and strong interaction design knowledge.
• Experience in UX Design for games, preferably mobile titles.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, user flows, IA, and interaction design.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear flows, states and interactions.
• Experience creating Lo-Fi and Mid-Fi wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to create flowcharts and state diagrams/state machines when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze competitor games and identify UX patterns.
• Ability to explain design decisions and rationale.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.
• Passion for casual/mobile games and player behavior.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engaging, intuitive UX solutions for new and existing game features.
• Work with Lead UX Designer to understand requirements and identify UX problems.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactions.
• Create Lo-Fi and Mid-Fi wireframes in Figma for rapid exploration.
• Develop flowcharts and state machines to communicate complex logic.
• Break down features into clear user journeys, states, and interactions.
• Analyze how new features interact with existing game systems for consistency.
• Research competitor games to extract useful UX patterns.
• Adapt relevant patterns to our game rather than copying.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Design and optimize gameplay flows to enhance navigation and interaction.
• Consider player states and edge cases in design work.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, UI, Art, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain organized UX documentation and Figma files.
• Contribute to improving UX processes, patterns and best practices.
