Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Creative Producer to turn creative direction into high-quality UA creatives, owning day-to-day production across Motion, Playable, and Art. You will manage priorities, timelines, and team capacity while providing input and pitching ideas to improve executions.

Collaborate with the Lead Creative Producer to build scalable workflows that enable faster, better output. This role operates in a hybrid setup with global collaboration and regular team-driven events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production or similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines (Motion, Art, Design, Development).
• Strong project and time management across multiple priorities.
• Excellent creative judgement and ideation skills.
• Highly organized with strong ownership and delivery accountability.
• Ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production of in-house UA creatives, turning creative direction into clear briefs and executable tasks.
• Coordinate Motion Designers, Playable Developers, and Artists, assigning work based on priorities, skills, and capacity.
• Own production schedules, priorities, and capacity planning, ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Develop and pitch original creative concepts, while iterating on existing ideas based on creative feedback and performance.
• Provide practical creative feedback that helps the team strengthen ideas and improve execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve production blockers, keeping projects moving smoothly from brief to final asset.
• Build and improve production processes, workflows, and systems that enable the team to scale creative output efficiently.
• Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to align on creative direction and translate broader concepts into effective execution.
