Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a skilled Game Animator to join Ludios and bring characters, props, and gameplay interactions to life for mobile titles. You will collaborate with Artists, Designers and Engineers to create polished animations that feel responsive and fit the game vision.

You will work on rigging and optimization, ensure smooth integration with Unity, and help maintain animation quality across titles. Experience with casual mobile games is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Animator.
• Strong understanding of animation timing, spacing, weight, anticipation, and polish.
• Proficiency in 3D animation tools such as Blender or Maya.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement 3D animations for characters, props, and interactive elements, including idle, movement, combat, and UI-related animations.
• Rig and skin characters and assets, ensuring clean deformation and efficient setups.
• Collaborate with Technical Artists to optimize animations for mobile performance and ensure proper functioning in Unity.
• Integrate animations into the game engine, set up Animator Controllers and basic state machines.
• Work with Designers and Producers to iterate on animations based on gameplay needs and feedback.
