Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Motion Designer to join Ludios, our studio focused on mobile game ads. You will craft high-impact video creatives from concept to final cut, working with gameplay footage, UI assets, and 2D elements to deliver engaging content at scale.

You should have 3+ years in motion design, strong storytelling, and expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator. We value experimentation and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably in gaming or mobile advertising.
• Strong sense of motion, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient with After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Able to work with gameplay footage, UI assets, and game art to create video creatives.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly based on testing results.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume, high-quality video ads for mobile game marketing campaigns.
• Build and iterate videos from concepts, briefs, and gameplay footage.
• Work across gameplay, UI, motion graphics, transitions, and animation.
• Create multiple variations for testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer to refine ideas through execution.
• Adapt assets and coordinate with 2D and Playable teams.
