Job summary

Tripledot Studios, a leading independent mobile games company, is seeking a Motion Designer for Ludios studio. You will transform concepts and gameplay into engaging video ads and collaborate with the Creative team to iterate rapidly, delivering standout content at scale.

With 3+ years experience and strong After Effects/ Premiere Pro skills, you’ll work from gameplay footage and assets to craft high-quality creatives, balancing speed and quality while embracing new AI workflows.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer in games or mobile ads.
Strong understanding of motion, composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiar with Photoshop/Illustrator.
Experience with gameplay footage, UI assets, and game art for video creatives.
Willing to explore AI tools and new workflows to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Produce high-volume, high-quality video ads for mobile game marketing campaigns.
Build and iterate video ads from concepts, briefs, and gameplay footage.
Work across gameplay, hooks, UI, motion graphics, transitions, and animation.
Create multiple variations for testing and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Creative teams to develop ideas through execution.
Adapt assets with 2D and Playable teams to bring concepts to life.
Balance speed and quality to meet timelines.
