Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks an experienced educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction across various programs. The role includes mentoring MT Akademia, partnering with Student Advisors to craft pathways for students, and running Homework Clinics to tackle learning gaps.

The candidate will actively participate in CBC sessions, share best practices with regional teams, and develop materials that align with the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in school or courses; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Consult with students or parents with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classrooms, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
