Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and guiding students in academic settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential for parent and student interactions.
• Solid understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to support student outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, including blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student and parent consultations with Student Advisors to outline academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address learning gaps with practical solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students in classroom settings delivering high-quality instruction and engaging lessons.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and student learning.
