Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking dedicated educators to provide coaching, tutoring, and classroom instruction across multiple programs. You will collaborate with Academic Teams to elevate teaching quality and student outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations with students and parents, leading Homework Clinics, and contributing to curriculum development while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• 1 year of teaching experience at school or courses; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors for academic pathways and renewals.
• Run Homework Clinics to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
