Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Proven track record in teaching with at least 1 year of school or course experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, including blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student/parent consulting with Student Advisors for academic pathways and engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
