Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking dedicated educators to coach MT Akademia, deliver engaging classroom lessons, and support students with USBN/UTBK prep in Bali. The role emphasizes high-quality instruction, collaboration with Academic Team, and mentoring peers.

You will conduct Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, develop teaching materials, and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations and effective outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in USBN/UTBK preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and other software.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions with MT Akademia.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum.
