Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks educators to coach and train MT Akademia, delivering USBN/UTBK preparation, classroom teaching, and blended learning approaches. You will join the Academic Team to enhance teaching skills and student outcomes through collaborative sessions and practical materials.

You will conduct counseling with students and parents, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct counseling with students/parents to map academic pathways and engagement.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues with solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings delivering high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
