Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia seeks an experienced educator to coach MT Akademia, deliver engaging classroom instruction, and develop learning materials aligned with the curriculum.

You will conduct USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation, run Homework Clinics, CBC sessions, and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices, ensuring high-quality teaching and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience with USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in classroom management and blended learning approaches.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct consulting with students/parents to discuss pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices.
• Teach students in classroom settings with engaging instruction.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Fulfill minimum session commitments including CBC and classroom teaching.
