Job summary

Collinz Education Group is seeking a Tuition Centre Manager to oversee daily operations of our centre. You will coordinate class schedules, guide student enrollment, handle invoicing, and provide administrative support to teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear communication with parents
• Manage daily administrative operations of the tuition centre
• Arrange and coordinate class schedules, timetables, and room usage
• Handle student enrollment, registration, and related documentation
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and track fee payments
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance
• Liaise with teachers, administrative staff, and students to ensure smooth coordination on academic and administrative matters
• Support centre activities, promotions, and events when required
• Observe and monitor both online and physical classes to ensure smooth operations and adherence to centre standards
