Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Treasury Staff to manage daily cash activities, reconcile bank balances, and support cash flow forecasting. You will coordinate with Accounting, Tax, AP, and AR teams to ensure accurate cash information and robust reporting for management reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of banking instruments and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Understanding of banking administration, payment instruments, and deposit and financing products.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bank reconciliation and payment verification.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, with experience using ERP systems and internet banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular cash reports and supporting analysis for management review.
