Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring a Treasury Staff to manage daily cash activities, monitor bank balances, perform bank reconciliations, and support short-term cash flow forecasting for FACETOLOGY.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, understands cash management, banking instruments, ERP systems, and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot). You will coordinate with Accounting, Tax, AP, and AR/Sales teams to ensure accurate cash information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Understanding of banking administration, payment instruments, and deposit/financing products.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bank reconciliation and payment verification.
• Good understanding of accounting principles with experience using ERP systems and internet banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activities, including monitoring bank balances and transactions, preparing daily cash positioning, and administering payment transactions.
• Provide supporting data for short-term cash flow forecasting and maintain regular updates on actual cash flow movements.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations, verify payment documentation, and execute payment controls in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable/Sales teams to ensure accurate and complete cash-related information.
• Prepare regular cash reports and supporting analysis for management review.
