Job summary

Facetology is seeking a Treasury Staff to manage daily cash activities and support cash forecasting in our Jakarta office. The role requires a finance background and strong Excel skills to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Accounting, Tax, AP and AR teams to maintain cash data integrity and will prepare regular cash analyses for management. This full-time position offers growth within a human-centric beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Understanding of banking administration, payment instruments, and deposit and financing products.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bank reconciliation and payment verification.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, with experience using ERP systems and internet banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activities, including monitoring bank balances and transactions, preparing daily cash positioning, and administering payment transactions.
• Provide supporting data for short-term cash flow forecasting and maintain regular updates on actual cash flow movements.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations, verify payment documentation, and execute payment controls in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Account Payable, and Account Receivable/Sales teams to ensure accurate and complete cash-related information.
• Prepare regular cash reports and supporting analysis for management review.
