Role Overview
The Production Assistant Intern will support the French Inbound team in coordinating and assisting daily operational and production activities. This role is ideal for a proactive intern who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the French Inbound team with daily production and operational tasks
- Support preparation and coordination of inbound programs, schedules, and materials
- Help manage documentation, reports, and internal data updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, suppliers) as needed
- Assist in handling basic communication in French with partners or clients (emails, confirmations, follow-ups)
- Support quality control and ensure information accuracy
- Provide general administrative and production support to the team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Languages, or related fields
- Fluent or advanced level of French (spoken and written); English proficiency required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in tourism, travel operations, or production coordination is a plus
