Discover The World is seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Team Lead to guide a high-performing sales team in promoting one of the world's leading travel brands. You will lead in-person and remote activities, drive revenue growth, and mentor team members across markets.

The role requires at least 5 years in travel sales and a college degree, with strong proficiency in CRM and data tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau. Willingness to travel and build client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership experience is a requirement.
• Long-term sales strategy development with mature accounts and new business pipeline.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to diagnose partner business needs and translate into opportunities.
• Strong value-based selling skills founded on business acumen.
• CRM skills, preferably Salesforce; proficiency with data tools like PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Lead a sales team to grow revenue and manage portfolios through face-to-face interactions, product demos, events, and webinars.
• Build and execute a long-term sales strategy with mature accounts and new business opportunities.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets and demonstrate proactive collaboration.
• Translate partner needs into opportunities and appropriate product offerings.
• Read data to inform strategies and drive market actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customer support, technology teams and neighboring markets to align efforts.
