Job summary

PT-Link-Net-Tb is seeking an Account Manager based in Jakarta to identify and pursue growth opportunities while serving as the main liaison for key accounts. You will maintain strong client relationships, understand needs and budgets, and regularly discuss requirements to ensure alignment with planned objectives.

The role emphasizes retention and growth, clear communication, and delivering strategic value. Travel to visit clients is required, and you will work at the designated Linknet office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is required.
• At least 2 years in Sales or Account Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of financial services market dynamics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Results-driven and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel and visit clients.
• Willing to work at the Linknet office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue account growth opportunities while handling various customer service and support activities to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring responsiveness, trust, and strategic alignment.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, budget, and goals.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements and explain how our plans align with their objectives.
• Balance both retention and growth, with a clearly defined goal related to revenue growth.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, changes, and opportunities.
• Proactively share valuable insights and unique perspectives to help improve clients' business.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor who genuinely wants to help clients succeed.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
