Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia is seeking a visa processing coordinator to handle applications and travel document arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.

You will review requirements, liaise with embassies and clients, and maintain meticulous records while meeting deadlines. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least one year in visa processing, with strong English and MS Office skills.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in visa processing or travel document administration preferred.
• Knowledge of visa requirements and application procedures for various destinations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Handle visa application processes and travel document arrangements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing in accordance with destination requirements.
• Process and coordinate visa applications for various destinations.
• Review application requirements and verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and relevant parties.
• Monitor visa application progress and ensure timely submission and collection.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and supporting documents.
• Assist with passport processing and other travel document arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and related documentation.
• Stay updated on visa regulations and entry requirements for various destinations.
