Job summary

Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia is seeking an on-site MICE Operations Coordinator to craft customized meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions based on client briefs. You will prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and cost quotes, collaborating with the sales team to present solutions to clients.

You will coordinate with hotels, venues, transport providers, and other suppliers, ensuring flawless execution from planning through on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE, event management, tour operations, or related field.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop customized programs based on client needs.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Develop creative and customized MICE products and programs based on client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, itineraries, and cost quotations for MICE projects.

• Handle operational arrangements, including schedules, bookings, logistics, and event preparation.
• Monitor on-site event execution and ensure all activities run according to the plan and client expectations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and resolve operational issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Job description

Develop creative and customized MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) products and programs based on client requirements.

Prepare proposals, presentations, itineraries, and cost quotations for MICE projects.

Collaborate with the Sales team and participate in client presentations to explain proposed programs and solutions.

Coordinate with vendors, hotels, venues, transportation providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Handle operational arrangements, including schedules, bookings, logistics, and event preparation.

Monitor on-site event execution and ensure all activities run according to the agreed plan and client expectations.

Evaluate project outcomes and resolve operational issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE, event management, tour operations, or a related field.

Good understanding of MICE program development, event planning, and operational coordination.

Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of developing customized programs based on client needs.

Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Willing to travel or work on-site during event execution when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Willing to be placed in Golf Island, PIK, North Jakarta.
