Job summary

Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and people development. You will help build a positive workplace culture and collaborate across departments to align people strategies with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in psychology or HR management, has at least 3 years' HR generalist experience, and demonstrates strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes.

• Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
