Job summary

Discova is offering a Tailor-made Support Intern position in Bali within its Sales Support team. You will gain hands‑on experience by researching destinations, coordinating itineraries, and supporting travel operations while learning from seasoned professionals across APAC or LATAM.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of travel documentation, including confirmations, vouchers, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is correctly entered into company systems.
• Assist with destination and supplier research to support tailor‑made itinerary development.
• Help coordinate bookings, payment follow‑up, and internal operational processes.
• Prepare personalised travel materials and support partner communications under supervision.
• Participate in training and continuously build destination and industry knowledge.
