Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in fleet management, driver manpower planning, delivery scheduling, and transportation cost control.
• Strong understanding of transportation safety, operational compliance, and customer service requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage and control daily transportation operations to ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery.
• Develop operational plans covering fleet allocation, driver manpower, delivery schedules, and capacity based on customer requirements.
• Monitor fleet utilization, truck availability, delivery performance, and driver productivity to meet targets.
• Control transportation costs, fuel consumption, overtime, and subcontractor usage to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor driver discipline, vehicle readiness, P2H inspections, and fitness-for-duty requirements.
• Analyze operational issues and customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Prepare and review performance reports and KPI achievements; develop improvement plans for management.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the operational team to boost productivity and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and digitalize to enhance transportation efficiency.
