The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, 5+ years in IT infrastructure and logistics tech (WMS/TMS, RF scanners), strong vendor management, and travel to operational sites as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in 3PL, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Distribution industries is required.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supporting technologies such as WMS, TMS, RF Scanners, Mobile Device Management, and Warehouse Network Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Server Administration, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, Virtualization, and Backup Solutions.
Proven experience in IT project implementation, vendor management, IT asset management, and service delivery.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams.
Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional business environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
