Job summary

Pt Astro Technologies Indonesia seeks an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead its logistics operations from the Tangerang hub. The role blends on-site supervision with remote strategic planning to ensure efficient movement of goods regionally, overseeing drivers and fleet operations while driving safety and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, transportation management expertise, and a track record in optimizing routes and reducing costs in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in transportation/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of TMS, routing optimization and fleet maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Experience with hybrid work models.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the transportation team, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient route planning and optimization strategies for the Banten region.
• Monitor fleet performance, including maintenance schedules, fuel efficiency, and driver behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Train and mentor transportation staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, measure performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
