You will oversee transportation activities, fleet management, and ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining safety and compliance. Strong leadership and collaboration with sales, operations and warehousing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of transportation management or logistics operations experience.
• Experience managing transportation budgets and improving efficiency.
• Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with logistics software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage daily transportation operations for timely delivery.
• Oversee fleet management including maintenance and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate transportation staff.
• Monitor transportation costs, fuel usage and route efficiency.
• Prepare reports with KPIs and recommendations for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and environmental requirements.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve service quality.
• Manage relationships with external logistics partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and warehouse teams.
