Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia in Batam is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure safe, efficient mobility services. You will translate strategic goals into daily workflow, supervise driver partners, and maintain high safety and performance standards in a dynamic urban environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong coordination with our office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field and experience in ride-hailing or logistics.
• Min 2 years in driver management, fleet operations, or vehicle maintenance.
• Tech-savvy with data analytics and admin skills.
• Must hold valid SIM A license and be able to drive.
• Willing to work onsite in Batam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver partners to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance of drivers.
• Improve vehicle utilization and safety with issue resolution.
• Conduct daily incident handling related to units and drivers.
• Perform vehicle inspections before deployment and after service.
