Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in driver management, fleet operations, or related fields.
• Tech-savvy with data analytics and administration skills.
• Valid car driving license SIM A.
• Willing to work onsite in Batam.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate driver partners to balance supply-demand.
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Manage drivers to ensure vehicle utilization and safety.
• Handle incidents related to assets and drivers; monitor incident resolution.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before deployment or after servicing.
