Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation planning or logistics operations; familiarity with lifestyle transportation operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.
• Collaborate with customers, warehouses, and transport vendors to support operational requirements and service performance.
• Monitor shipment execution and manage transportation exceptions, including delays and urgent delivery requests.
• Optimize fleet utilization and transportation capacity to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure the accuracy of transportation documentation.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, transport vendors, and internal operational teams to coordinate transportation activities, monitor shipment execution, and address operational challenges to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Optimize fleet utilization and transportation capacity to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare operational reports and ensure the accuracy of transportation documentation and supporting records.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline; Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Experience in transportation planning, transport operations, or logistics operations. Experience handling lifestyle transportation operations will be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and transport vendors.

Adequate basic English proficiency is required. Good English communication skills will be an advantage.

Willing to be based in Bekasi City.
