Job summary

PT Penguin Indonesia is seeking a Transportation Data Analyst to analyze operational data and evaluate efficiency, service performance, and cost effectiveness. The role involves preparing reports on shipment tracking, fleet utilization, and lead times, and supporting route planning and scheduling for timely distribution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, statistics, transportation management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas).
• Basic understanding of logistics processes and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable with large datasets.
• Willing to work a 6-day workweek and be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
