Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple operational requests.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries of operational cars to meet company requirements.
• Daily arrangement of drivers to ensure orderly operations.
• Daily arrangement of voucher taxis to ensure proper fulfillment.
• Administration of vehicle documents and operating costs (fuel, toll, park) with timely reporting.
• Process vendor invoices in the system with proper documentation.
• Provide cash disbursement for operational cars and messenger needs.
• Recap driver overtime to ensure alignment with regulations.
• Arrange document distribution and messenger scheduling to ensure proper documentation.
