Job summary

PT TZCO Heavy Industry Indonesia seeks a skilled translator/interpreter to support Mandarin-English/Indonesian communications. You will translate documents, emails, and business memos and assist in meetings and presentations.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency at HSK intermediate–advanced, strong English and Indonesian skills, and at least one year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. You will maintain confidentiality and ensure consistent terminology.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mandarin language or literature.
• Mandarin proficiency in Mandarin (HSK intermediate–advanced).
• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.
• At least 1 year of translator/interpreter experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, emails, and business communications from Mandarin to English/Indonesian and vice versa.
• Assist in verbal communication during meetings, calls, and presentations between internal and external parties.
• Provide translation support for daily operations and management divisions.
• Prepare accurate and timely translation reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure terminology consistency.
