Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent and highly proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian (both verbal and written), with the ability to deliver accurate and natural translations for technical, administrative, and operational contexts.
• Good command of English as a supporting language for daily business communication, documentation, and basic management coordination.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology, production processes, and general operational workflows to support cross‑departmental coordination (production, engineering, warehouse, and management).
• Proven ability to interpret during meetings, training sessions, machinery installation, and discussions with foreign partners or suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills to connect effectively with diverse teams and management.
• A proactive, adaptable, and problem‑solving mindset, able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
