About the Role :

This role is fully responsible for accurately bridging both spoken and written communication between Mandarin and Indonesian in the company's daily operational activities.

Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate real-time interpretation (consecutive interpretation) for spoken conversations between Mandarin and Indonesian, and vice versa, during meetings, technical discussions, and daily work activities.
• Translate documents, messages, and written materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Ensure clear delivery of messages, intents, and work instructions between foreign management and local staff without language barriers.

Qualifications :

• Gender: Female.
• Skills: Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin with a minimum HSK 3 certification, and native-level fluency in Indonesian.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (a degree in Chinese Language/Literature is a plus).
• Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience as an interpreter or translator is an advantage.
• Competencies: Strong listening skills, clear and fluent verbal communication, quick comprehension, and high integrity in maintaining company confidentiality.
